FLO Women Corporate Director’s Initiative

In order to encourage more women to take up directorship in companies, FLO and support of KPMG organised a Woman Director’s capability building programme called Women on Board, Speakers spoke about how to be an effective director, about the roles, responsibilities and liabilities of directors, holding effective board meetings and how spirituality can help to reduce stress at this level.
