Session on “Keep your Mental “Switch On” by Dr. Vijay Michihito Batra

FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) Jaipur organised a motivational program “Keep your Mental “Switch On” by Dr. Vijay Michihito Batra. Dr. Vijay Michihito Batra is Author, Columnist, Inspirational and Motivational speaker.

Vijay Batra gave a wonderful speech and description on mind switch on and off. He pointed out many positive and negative thoughts and how they interrupt in the journey of success. He used some regional example and some Bollywood connections , such as comparison between Rajesh Khanna & Amitabh Bachchan.

Apt to the title of the programme. “Keep your Mental Switch On” , Vijay Batra discussed the power of our brain and how we should use it to become a successful person. He mentioned ” If, at any point, we feel that our mental switch is off, before we start focusing on other chores, our first priority should be to turn the switch on. This process of consciously trying to be in a good mood or being in the ‘on’ mode will help us feel good about ourselves and keep our energies high — this, in turn, will lead us to the higher orbit.”

Alka Batra, the Chairperson of FLO Jaipur chapter, shared the purpose of the event. She described the value of human mind and its power and also reason behind that how women use the mind power for getting success. Alka Batra also share that FICCI FLO is always organizing this kind of motivational event and other programs on very important topics related to women.
