Health Camp at Teteliguri

The camp was organised in association with Marwari Hospitals from where Doctors and nurses participated in general health check up along with Paediatrics. Doctors from Gauhati Lion Eyes Hospital also participated in the health Camp. More than eighty eye patients were checked and seven were advised eye operation, and these patients were operated upon the next day, the operations being sponsored by FLO. FLO members Dr. Yashaa Agarwal and DrSaloniLadhaSaboo conducted the dental check up.

All patients in the Health Camp were given free medicines. President of Marwari Hospitals Mr. Ramesh Goenka and Vice President Mr. RamavtarBhartiawere also present at the Health camp. It was decided that Marwari Hospitals in association with FLO North East Chapter would organise another mega Health Camp for Women only in Marwari Hospital on 19th July 2015.

Chairperson FLO North East Joyshree Das Verma thanked all the Flo members for their voluntary services in the smooth conduct of the camp and the voluntary contribution of free medicines.
