Workshop on Women Corporate Directors initiative

A pathway for women seeking senior leadership and director level position.

Flo Kolkata organised a workshop on WCD with an aim to build a cadre of women candidates for appointment to boards of companies. This program was conducted by BIZ DIVAS Foundation which advocates and promotes inclusive culture and women’s leadership.
