Delegation to Pondicherry

Delegation of 16 young entrepreneurs from YFLO Kolkata explored Pondicherry in 2 Nights & 3 Days. It was a perfect blend of French elegance & Tamil Culture. To begin with we explored the art, architecture, culture, Cuisine & heritage of the French. We enjoyed the Promenade Beach walk; saw the spots where Bollywood Film “Talaash” was shot. We visited the “Hidesign” Leather Bags Unit, Aurobindo Hand Made Paper Making Factory, The Aurobindo Ashram, AuroShikha. Spend an eventful day at Auroville starting from visiting The Fresh Bakery, Eco Friendly Home of a German settled in Auroville, the revered Matri Mandir. Lunch was at Solar Kitchen, the community kitchen in Auroville. We also visited “Upasana”, The famous organic cotton clothes making workshop, “Shradhanjali” the famous pressed flower workshop & Organic farms. We learned & understood the history & economy of Auroville as an international community. Shopping during leisure was therapy was all of us. To top it all we all learned “welcome” & “thank you” in Tamil.
