The Admissions Edge: Cracking the Code with EQ, IQ & YOU

FLO Kanpur successfully organized an insightful workshop, under the National Initiative – FLO Member Networking and Engagement and was led by Chairperson Ms. Nalini Sanwal. Ms. Pavni Sikand joined as the speaker of the session.

The session was designed to help parents and students of grades 8 to 12 navigate their college journey and make informed career and university choices. 25 members along with their children participated in the event.

Highlights:

• Comprehensive insights into university admissions strategies.
• Emphasis on balancing emotional intelligence (EQ) and intellectual capabilities (IQ) in decision-making.
• Hands-on activities to foster understanding and clarity about college preparation.

Participants learned the importance of a holistic approach to college applications and how to leverage both EQ and IQ for success in university admissions. They also learned the steps to begin early and craft a strategic roadmap for higher education.
