FLO JKL Secures Support from Director Industries for WeFLO Women Job Portal

FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh Chairperson Mrs. Ruchika Gupta, along with the core team, met with Director Industries, Mr. Arun K. Manhas, to seek his support for WeFLO, an all-women job portal designed for Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh.

During the meeting, the team presented the vision and initiatives of the chapter, emphasizing the portal’s potential to empower women by connecting them with job opportunities tailored to their skills and aspirations. In a significant outcome of the discussion, Mr. Manhas issued an official letter from the department, urging industries and various forums to register their women-centric vacancies on the portal and actively support this transformative initiative.
