Press Conference by FLO JKL to Unveil “WeFLO” – Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh’s First All-Women Job Portal, Powered by MIET

FLO Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh launched WeFLO, the region’s first all-women job portal, at a press conference at Taj Vivanta. Powered by MIET, the platform connects women job seekers from urban and rural areas with credible employers at no cost, promoting economic independence and sustainable opportunities for women.

Chairperson Mrs. Ruchika Gupta urged industries and corporations to support this initiative by posting women-specific vacancies and expressed gratitude to the government and Department of Industries for their support. She appealed to the private sector to collaborate in creating an equal-opportunity employment ecosystem.

The event featured FLO JKL’s core team, including Immediate Past Chairperson Mrs. Varuna Anand, Vice Chairperson Mrs. Varsha Bansal, Treasurer Mrs. Sona Mehta, and Joint Executive Secretary Mrs. Nandita Bajaj, who pledged their commitment to this initiative.
