Empowering Rural Women: FICCI FLO JKL Health Talk at SPPND Govt. Degree College, Samba

Under the ambit of the MoU with SPPND GDC Samba and as part of the Young Women Affinity Group initiative, FLO JKL organized an impactful health talk for 100 female students from rural areas.

The session focused on essential topics such as PCOD, Dental Health, and Menstrual Hygiene, making the students aware of the basics of health and hygiene and emphasizing the importance of prioritizing their well-being.

Expert speakers, Rajni Sehgal, Kanupriya Garg, and Dr. Ritu Ahal, engaged with inquisitive students, addressing a flurry of questions with patience and expertise. The students were encouraged to take the knowledge home and share it with the women in their families, thereby multiplying the impact of this initiative. Members were appreciated for their efforts and contributions to such meaningful endeavors.
