Following this, Mr. Praveen Krishnamurthy, also an Associate Director at Henley & Partners, elaborated on global mobility programs, leading residence and citizenship options, and visa-free access to over 150 countries. He emphasized Australia’s Global Talent Independent (GTI) program and how such programs support education and business opportunities globally.
Mr. Piyush Gupta, Vice President of Business Development, India & Middle East at CanAm Enterprises, provided a comprehensive overview of the EB-5 Investor Visa program. Ms. Bijal Ajinkya, Partner at Khaitan & Co., addressed the audience on the importance of immigration, estate, and succession planning.
The panel discussion was moderated by Ms. Subathra Mylsamy, Legal & Policy Advocacy Vertical Head of FLO Chennai, who steered the conversation with thought-provoking questions. These included inquiries about investment migration as a tool for business expansion, the evaluation parameters for the EB-5 program, and the timing and key considerations for succession planning.
