Health Screening Camp and Food Kit Distribution

FLO Mumbai, in association with Wockhardt Foundation, iiV Health Solutions, and Rangoonwala Foundation RFIT, organized a Health Screening Camp and Food Kit Distribution for 60 women beneficiaries in Rangoonwala Community, Andheri (East), Mumbai. This was the 2nd health screening camp organized by the chapter.

Key Highlights:
● Medical Screening: Beneficiaries underwent eye tests, blood pressure, blood sugar testing, ECG, and peripheral artery disease screening under expert guidance.
● Free Medicines and Supplements: Doctors advised patients on diet and nutrition and provided free vitamin supplements and medicines.
● Food Kit Distribution: 60 food kits, costing were distributed to terminally ill patients, supporting them and their families.

Special thanks were extended to FLO Mumbai members and Intercont for their support. Ms. Nisreen, CEO of Rangoonwala Foundation, spoke to the community members about FLO’s initiatives aimed at empowering women. It was announced that the Wockhardt Foundation and iiV trust will conduct health camps at different locations in Mumbai in the coming years, ensuring more women receive medical coverage. Executive Committee members Samina Khorakhiwala and Pooja Arambhan led the health vertical creating a positive impact.
