On World Students’ Day, YFLO Hyderabad celebrated the culmination of the Master Digital Skills training program with a special certification ceremony at Begumpet Women’s College. The initiative, led by Ridhi Jain, Chairperson of YFLO Hyderabad, in collaboration with the Amity Humanity Foundation, was a significant step toward empowering young women with essential digital literacy skills.
The two-month program, launched in July, provided comprehensive training in fundamental and advanced digital tools, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Digital Financial Tools. Throughout the program, the participants engaged in hands-on sessions designed to build confidence and proficiency in navigating the digital landscape, an essential skill set.
The certification ceremony was the highlight of the event, marking the successful completion of the program for 60 young women. Each participant received an Amity certification, proof of their hard work, and newly acquired digital skills. The certificates symbolise not only their academic achievement but also their readiness to embrace the opportunities that come with digital literacy in both personal and professional spheres.
The event was a fitting tribute to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, whose commitment to education and student empowerment continues to inspire. The ceremony honored the participants’ dedication to learning and personal growth, as they now stand equipped to take on new challenges in the tech-driven world.
Special thanks were extended to the YFLO collaboration team, led by Ms. Geetika Patodia, for their efforts in organising the certification ceremony and ensuring the program’s success. This initiative reflects YFLO’s mission to foster education, empowerment, and growth among women.
The event was a resounding success as the participants moved forward with not just their certificates but also digital skills and tools to shape a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
