YFLO Hyderabad, in collaboration with Autofin Ltd., organized an impactful initiative on October 4th, 2024, the World Animal Day, aimed at promoting animal welfare. The event highlighted a shared commitment to animal rights, with a focus on improving veterinary care and enhancing facilities at the Maa Saraswati Veterinary Hospital.
As part of the initiative, Ridhi Jain, Chairperson of YFLO, and Gautamamchand Jain, Managing Director of Autofin Ltd., donated a lifesaving animal ambulance and funds for the construction of a doctor’s room at the hospital.
The Maa Saraswati Veterinary Hospital, located at Satya Shivam Sundaram Gau Shala in Gaganpahad, stands as one of India’s largest facilities dedicated to animal care. Spanning an impressive 5,100 square feet, this hospital features an operation theatre, an intensive care unit, advanced diagnostic tools, and a medical dispensary staffed by specialized doctors, surgeons, and paramedical personnel. Equipped with modern technology such as an X-ray scanner, an endoscope, and a blood-insulin analyzer, the hospital is well-prepared to provide critical care to animals in need.
During their visit, Ridhi Jain and Gautamamchand Jain toured the hospital, meeting with the veterinary staff and observing the advanced equipment in action. Their presence emphasized the importance of collaboration in advancing animal welfare. The initiative also extended support to the Satya Shivam Sundaram Cow Shelter, South India’s largest, which houses 6,000 cows across two locations, houses 3,200 cows in Gaganpahad and 2,800 in Burujugadda.
This event serves as a reminder of the vital role each person can play in promoting animal welfare, reinforcing YFLO and Autofin Ltd.'s dedication to ensuring that every animal receives the care they deserve. This collaboration was a resounding success as the compassion was well-received by the animal companions.
