Pandit Gopal Sharma, world-renowned Vaastu, Feng Shui, Astrology, and Numerology expert and Founder President of the Institute of Vaastu And Joyful Living, New Delhi was the main speaker at the event. He stated that everything has an energy grid which can be optimised to maximise growth, well-being and prosperity, and anything that makes use of the principles of Vaastu grows and is prosperous. He discussed several archaeological and heritage sites such as the Konark Temple in terms of Vaastu. He also analysed Jaypee Greens logo and its approach to real estate development as an example of positive Vaastu application.

The programme covered Vaastu for residential and commercial spaces and Pandit Gopal Sharma discussed about the importance of the five elements and directions in Vaastu. Positive effects on health, relationship, finance, career, marriage, children, profits and the use of mirrors, candles, picture, water, greenery, bamboo and crystals in healing and creating a positive space were enumerated. Implementation of Vaastu principles without demolition and turnkey vaastu solutions for existing and proposed projects were also discussed.

Pandit Gopal Sharma suggested the use of pyramids with Vaastu- Pyra-Vaastu, to overcome external defects such as when seeking protection from objects at the entrance, from roads and vehicles and high-rise buildings, and in energising personal space.
Kavitha Dutt, President, FLO mentioned that one could with the help of Vaastu achieve health, happiness and prosperity.
