Independent Directors and the role of CMA

The session offered invaluable tips for clearing the independent director exam and navigating the onboarding process on the relevant portal. Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework governing Independent Directors, including compliance obligations and best practices. Additionally, practical advice and strategies were shared to enhance the participants’ preparedness for the independent director exam, ensuring they are well-equipped to take on these pivotal roles with confidence. The workshop underscored the importance of ethical leadership and effective governance, empowering women to contribute significantly to corporate boards.
