On June 12-13, 2024, FICCI FLO organized the FLO ਤ੍ਰਿੰਜਣ Exhibition, a vibrant showcase of artisanal products from FLO Skill Centre Wadala, Missiondeep Educational Trust, and rural artisans. This initiative aimed to celebrate cultural heritage while empowering underprivileged communities through economic opportunities.
The exhibition featured a diverse array of handcrafted goods, including traditional embroideries and handicrafts, highlighting the skill and creativity of 35 rural women embroiderers and benefiting 20 girls from Missiondeep Educational Trust. By promoting these products, FLO emphasized the importance of cultural preservation and sustainable livelihoods.
Through collaborations with FLO Skill Centre Wadala and Missiondeep Educational Trust, the event provided a platform for marginalized artisans to showcase their talents and connect with potential customers. This effort not only supported local craftsmanship but also contributed to the social and economic empowerment of women and underprivileged youth.
The FLO ਤ੍ਰਿੰਜਣ Exhibition exemplifies FICCI FLO’s commitment to fostering inclusive growth and preserving cultural heritage, reinforcing its role in creating opportunities for sustainable development and community upliftment.
