FICCI FLO hosted a highly inspiring and thought-provoking event featuring Mr. Srikanth Bolla, the founder of Bollant Industries, at FICCI, Federation House, New Delhi. The event, organized under the ambit of the FLO Policy Initiative – Specially Abled and Care Vertical, was led by Governing Body Member, Poonam Mahajan and supported by Meetu Kohli, Governing Body Member and Team Member of the Vertical.

In her welcome address, National President of FLO, Ms. Joyshree Das Verma announced the concept of a Universal FLO, an initiative aimed at ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all individuals. This initiative underscores FLO’s commitment to providing equal opportunities and access to resources and programs, striving to create an environment where everyone, regardless of their abilities, can participate fully and benefit from FLO’s initiatives.

Mr. Bolla, a remarkable public speaker, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, shared his extraordinary journey with the audience. Despite being visually impaired, his unparalleled vision and determination have led him to achieve incredible feats. Notably, he is the first international visually impaired student to study Management Science at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

In an engaging conversation with Ms Poonam Mahajan, Mr. Bolla shared insights from his experiences and the challenges he overcame.
