Meanwhile, Venkat Nathan, a visionary leader in the realm of technology and entertainment as the CEO and Founder of Nesh Live, shared his unique perspectives on leveraging innovation and digital platforms for business success. The event also included an informative session on the Stanford Transformation Program, designed to facilitate organizational growth by cultivating a second line of team members aligned with the Founder’s Vision. This comprehensive program spans 10 months and offers a blend of in-person, on-campus, and blended courses. Participants gained insights into the importance of undergoing such training at strategic junctures in their organizational journey. The session featured a showcase of alumni network members who generously shared their experiences and insights on how the program empowered them to scale their companies and align their teams with the overarching vision.
