Under the National Initiative Women in Corporate Boards, FLO Hyderabad Chapter had the privilege to host a powerful session. Traditionally, family businesses have been considered a male-dominated domain, but times are changing, and so are the dynamics.

Women have proven time and again that they are not just partners in family businesses; they are catalysts for growth, innovation, and sustainability. They bring diverse perspectives, a strong work ethic, and an innate ability to balance multiple responsibilities.

Women in family businesses are not just contributing; they are leading, breaking barriers, and carving new paths.
