ELEVATE YOUR SPIRITUALITY- Creating a conscious Future with Sister Shivani

On 18th August 2023, FLO & YFLO Kolkata invited Brahmakumari Sister Shivani for an empowering and enlightening session on  ”Creating a conscious future”. BK Shivani has been a practitioner-teacher at the heart of Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization, since 1996. Sister Shivani’s wisdom and guidance have touched the lives of millions, and this event was certainly no exception.

On a Friday afternoon at Sangit Kala Mandir, sat a crowd of 1100 people engrossed in the powerful thought and vibration of Sister Shivani. Her ever calming and melodious voice, her thought-provoking discussions on mindfulness and sagaciousness on self-awareness left the audience in awe.

However what truly impacted members & guests was her ability to engage everyone through her interactive conversations – from helping them evaluate their emotional quotient ,to deep diving into profound insights on finding inner peace, and discovering ways to shape a better tomorrow.

Resonating with our theme “Power to Empower” she urged everyone to work on one’s emotional well-being.Emphasising on the fact that you are what you think, thoughts turn into actions, so to always choose them wisely.

From Observations into unlocking our inner potential and tapping into the power of positivity to learning practical techniques to manage stress, cultivate positive relationships, and achieve a balanced and fulfilling life, we all ended this beautiful afternoon wiser & enlightened.
