FLO Hyderabad Chapter’s Empowerment Committee, with the guidance of Chairperson CA Shubhraa Maheshwari, organized an interactive online session – Navigating the Entrepreneurial Journey: The Highs, the Lows and the Belief – with Deepanwita Chattopadhyay, Chairman & CEO of IKP Knowledge Park.
Deepanwita shared her journey of starting India’s first science and technology incubator and leading its evolution to a globally respected innovation and knowledge hub. To be ahead of the curve, she advised all the FLO women entrepreneurs to have a clear vision of what they want to achieve and work towards this pursuit with passion and excellence. She also highlighted the importance of technology for staying relevant in the long run. She opined that machine learning and generative AI would only unlock new levels of creativity and opportunity for humans. She said there are hidden opportunities for smaller companies in the wake of the mass layoffs, as they can now hire good talent. She inspired and motivated the attendees to stick to their dreams with passion, but make the decision to pivot in case the going stays checkered over the long run. Deepanwita was in conversation with Empowerment Committee Lead, Priya Gazdar.
