FLO Mumbai visit to Surat – Diamond and Textile Factories

FLO Mumbai in partnership with SRK Diamonds and Siddhivinayak Knots and Prints Ltd organised a 2 days visit to Surat to explore the diamond and textile units in Surat which have international recognition for their quality and creativity , which is truly Make in India and Made in India .

Members were warmly welcome at SRK Diamonds and were shown around the facility where techniques of diamond cutting and setting were explained, there was a visit organised to the Surat Diamond Bourse and to the Greenlab facility where diamond techniques were explained.

At Siddhivinayak Knots and Prints members were explained the dying and fabric processing of textiles and embroidery industry. The different weaves and threads used for various textiles were explained and members were given an opportunity to explore and shop at the facility.

Members bonded in the 2 days visit with a dinner organized at a farmhouse where members spoke about their business.
