• Ideas don’t matter as much, but you have to find out the space that is available and find some real solutions for the customer.
• Everything else falls into place once you know what you want to achieve.
• Figure out the motivation for the customer to come to you.
• Hire people for commitment, attitude and skills.
• Being a founder you are responsible for decisions
• Give your team a huge amount of independence, instill in them a sense of ownership and belonging.
• Track the competition as soon as they start and push ourselves to do much better.

• Take great inspiration from leaders in the business, continue studying and processing information about your aspirations.
• Take the plunge, you will never feel ready. Shortlist ideas but go for one.
• Market is the best teacher, whatever we plan and think, the market will prove us wrong.
• Every marketplace is unique, no single formula.
• First established the business at a cluster level , instead of going for multi-city expansion.
• Respecting your co-founder’s views is essential as they may come with a very different perspective.
• Keep innovating on how one can redefine this process instead of aping the competition blindly.
• Everything we do has to be 5x more efficient at 1/10th of the cost

Supply chain is a critical aspect in the field of aerospace technology.
Space has transformed human life and the key to space is only rockets. It is a very niche and unique business model with very few rocket players in the world.
More women should come forward to participate in space tech and bring their energy, capabilities and skills
Accept that failure is a part of the journey and be prepared how to come out of it.
