An event was organised by the FLO Bhubaneswar’s Handloom and Textile Initiative team to promote the artisans of Odisha. In the workshop, the ikat process of tie and dye using natural dyes was explained. The threads are first prepared, then as per required patterns they are wrapped and dyed and finally woven on the loom according to the design.
