Presenting, Anupama Chopra; a woman who wears many hats, a national award-winning author, a celebrated film journalist, successful woman entrepreneur, Founder of Film Companion, and Director at MAMI Mumbai Film festival in an engaging conversation with Gayatri Rangacharya – Journalist, Columnist & a podcast host.

This event attended by 100+ ladies was a precursor to the exceptional year this is slated to be at FLO Ahmedabad. The casual vibe emanated by the very talented Anupama Chopra and her matter-of-fact manner won the hearts of all. A free-flowing interaction provided an insight into the professional & personal life of this very petite lady as she walked us through her life as a child in South Mumbai to the grind of being a Bollywood film critic. Stories about what film personalities are behind the camera were heard with curiosity and relatability. She also shed light on her migration to the digital medium and the presence of women in the top management positions in the media industry today unlike yesteryear when she started her career.

She meandered the path of having roots in UP, growing up in Mumbai, having an exceptionally talented screenwriter mother, a misfit in Bollywood husband, the trials and tribulations of being a film critic, running her business, and bringing up the children in a way that gave the Flo women a sneak peek into her life in an inspiring but very relatable manner.
