FLO Mumbai organized a wellness session with Dr Amrit Raj on Wellbeing of the Body Mind Soul . There was a talk on the importance of leading a healthy happy life with simple techniques that one needs to follow. Members were taught breathing exercises , meditation and simple yoga techniques to keep a fit body. Dr Amrit spoke on nutrition and healthy eating . Members were taught pranayama breathing techniques for reducing stress, blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. 30 Members attended the session.
