FLO Chennai partnered with Palladium to bring Master Chef Vikas Khanna to Chennai. FLO members came in large numbers to enjoy the masterclass by the Michelin Star Chef, whose humility and inclusiveness was such a treat. He spoke of the trials and tribulations in his journey from Amritsar to America as he cooked a French-style multi-layered dish inspired by payasam. An honest approach to life, emphasis on determination and grit and an always learning always-seeking attitude has brought him international success. A story with much to learn from! He has given signed copies of his book “The Last Colour” based on the plight of the widows of Benaras.
