Dr. Radhakrishna Pillai, Deputy Director of Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies, an author, speaker, life skills trainer and a personal mentor, spoke for a gathering of FLO members in Ahmedabad, emphasizing the role and importance of women down the ages.

He spoke about leadership in context with teachings of Chanakya and how women inherently possess the qualities of leadership.
