Leadership Development Program at IIM Bangalore

FLO as the voice for policy change for women in India works towards creating enabling environment for women at workspace. Towards this, a 3-day residential workshop on ‘Leadership Development Program’ was organised by FLO and IIM Bangalore at the campus of IIM Bangalore on October 9-12, 2019.

The module of this leadership development programme was customised by IIM Bangalore to suit the participants with the best combination of learning methods that will make an immediate and measurable impact in their personality and workspace.

The emphasis was on managerial issues that companies face in their decision to pursue opportunities, as well as strategic decision- making and implementation at the level of top management and business level.

This programme was initiated by FLO Coimbatore Chapter, in collaboration with FLO Bangalore.
