‘Holistic Fitness Fest’

FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) Ludhiana organised a ‘Holistic Fitness Fest’ at Armaan farm in Rajgadh estates. The boot camp was flagged off by the Everest twins Nungshi & Tashi Malik.

The boot camp commenced with warming up, functional training & bunch of workouts including body vive, body combat, ladder workout, ab wheel roller put together by Mr Smith Puri,( fitness expert at Ozone) followed by a fantastic Zumba dance fitness workout choreographed by Mr Gautam Sharma , (fitness professional at Ecstasy) & finished with Yoga stretching.

The Fest culminated with a nutrition advice & a healthy breakfast of sumptuous post workout blends prepared by The Holy tree superfood cuisines designed by Dr Vinu Kumar, (life coach raw vegan lifestyle).

Sangeeta Jain chairperson FLO expressed appreciation to everyone responsible for the success of the boot camp wherein the members experienced a total body fat blast in the perfect natural &stress free environment, recharged their physical & mental health and got initiated into a new style of staying healthy & making it a way of life.
