Interaction & MOU Signing with Business Women of Egypt 21 (BWE21)

An interactive session was organized with the Business Women of Egypt 21 (BWE21) on April 15, 2019, at FICCI.

The Egyptian delegation was led by Dr. Yomna Said Abdelhamid Elsheridy, President of Business Women of Egypt 21 and CEO of International Company for Food Processing.

She was accompanied by Mrs. Samaa Mahmoud Sabry-Board Member of Business Women of Egypt Association and CEO of HIT Rare Consultancy Company; Mrs. Sahar Abdallah Essa-Board Member of Business Women of Egypt 21 and Mrs. Sherin Abdelbaky-Board Member of Business Women of Egypt Association.

An MoU was signed between FLO & BWE21 with the objective of exploring the possibilities of working jointly towards the common goal of women empowerment.

Ms Harjinder Kaur Talwar, FLO President said, “The core focus of FLO, as a Chamber of Commerce for women, is entrepreneurship and economic empowerment of women. Like FLO, BWE21 seeks to achieve positive change for businesswomen and hence the Egyptian economy through the business development services, networking and international partnerships. FLO & BWE21 could use common modalities such as capacity building & skill development programmes for women. I am sure all of us would agree that we can create a roadmap for development which will not only speed up economic growth, and provide employment opportunities for women.”
