FLO Fiesta – Spring Fashion Bazar

FICCI FLO North-East organised a Spring Fashion Bazar on March 14, 2019 at Hotel Vishwaratna, to raise funds for its various projects to support women in economic empowerment. Besides stalls by women entrepreneurs, FICCI FLO helped underprivileged women who they have trained in cutting and sewing to put up a stall to sell multi-pouch shopping bags made by them; and the trainees in mechanised pottery to sell glasses crafted by them at their village in Changsari.

The event was inaugurated by the Past Chairpersons of the organisation Saroj Khemka, Smita Agarwal, Indrani Deb and Joyshree Das Verma. The Project Chair was Swati Saraf, ably assisted by all members.
