FICCI FLO NORTH-EAST DELEGATION MEETS THE GOVERNOR

On November 26, 2018, a delegation of the leading women’s business organization, FICCI FLO North-East, lead by Chairperson, Sarita Sikaria, met Sri Jagdish Mukhi, Hon’ble Governor of Assam, at Raj Bhavan, Guwahati, to apprise him about the activities of the organization. They also met the First Lady, Smt. Prem Mukhi.

Taking note that the organization worked for the betterment of women entrepreneurs in the region, Sri Mukhi advised that survey of the problems faced by the women entrepreneurs in different districts be carried out and addressed by the organization. He took a keen interest in the work done by FICCI FLO NE up to now and in the prospective projects, especially in helping to modernize traditional methods of production in any field. Smt. Mukhi also spoke about her keen interest in social work with women. Besides the Chairperson, FLO NE was represented by Past Chairpersons, Vice-Chairpersons, and Office Bearers.
