Luke Coutinho, a nutritionist by profession left the audience spellbound like a spiritual guru and a healer. Bearing an out of the box approach, his talk revolved around the four major pillars-Balanced nutrition, adequate exercise, sound sleep and emotional balance, for sound health. Luke said the best foods were the ones we have grown up with and should be eaten in the right quantity. He also mentioned about the importance of eating mindfully without any distractions. Luke was very particular about not choosing a fad diet for weight loss. He laid emphasis on changing mindsets for emotional detoxification.
