FLO Leadership and Motivation Speaker Series with Ms. Vinita Bali

As part of FLO Mumbai’s initiative – FLO Leadership and Motivation Speaker Series – Vinita Bali, a global leader and ex MD Britannia addressed FLO members on the 18th July 2018 on the theme Responsibility of Leadership.

Vinita’s perspective on Leadership centered around the premise that leadership is a behavior, not a title, and everyone can be a leader in their own sphere of influence, whether at work or at home.

Our responsibility of leadership is to harness our talents to make a difference to people around us and the society we live in. It starts with looking within ourselves to recognize our innermost desire and translating it into a vision for ourselves. Leadership is about taking ownership and being authentic and committed to our dream. It is about being compassionate to people and our environment and building relationships that are mutually empowering. Most of all, leadership is about inspiring others to join us in our journey and moving forward collectively to make a lasting impact.

It was a well attended FLO event co-partnered by ELSA (Lady Shri Ram College alumni) and LSE India alumni.
