FLO Mumbai emPOWERment RUN

FLO Mumbai Chapter had organized a Marathon (emPOWERment Run) on 10th December 2017 at Bandra Fort.

The purpose of the RUN was to gather funds for various initiatives of FLO:

1. Build a toilet in Rural areas
2. Skill a Woman
3. Donate a Cycle

Expo was conducted on 8th & 9th December 2017 for distribution of goodie bags to the participants at Phoenix city Mall Kurla.

The event was a huge success. Many people participated. Even school children from BMC also participated in large numbers. The event started with a warm up Zumba session. Event had two categories of RUN ( 10 k timed run & 5k non timed)

Winners were awarded with trophies & certificates.

Advocate Ashish Shelar , BJP’s young leader was the guest of honour. Celebrity guest was Mr. Mickey Mehta – India’s leading Holistic Health Guru!  Celebrity Runners like Balwinder Arora & Sayuri Dalvi participated.

The event gained support from various corporates.
