We welcomed everybody to the session “Murphy Rocks “ ! We were honored to have with us Ms. Vasvi Bharat Ram, National President of FICCI Ladies Organisation. Friends, ” True Leadership stems from being authentic that attaches to honesty and sometimes…….. imperfectly expressed” quoted Minal Jain & welcomed both our Chief Guest & Guest of Honor, Mr. Pratish Nair & Ms. Vasvi Bharat Ram respectively.

Further more we announced that now we are skilling 400+ Women & girls under our national skilling initiatives. Soon, we will be organizing our second Cancer screening camp under the national health initiative. In our endeavor to achieve Business growth for all , we at FICCI Ladies Organization , Jaipur , have scheduled the much awaited Inaugural B2B & B2C conclave & Exhibition on 29th & 30th January 2018 . This aims to synergize the expertise & capacities existing within FLO fraternity in various Services , Manufacturing , Exports sector, etc . The Exhibition will provide an opportunity to display and showcase your Business / Profession under the FICCI-FLO banner. The B2C exhibition will be open to general public in addition to the FLO members.

Vasvi Bharat Ram, National President FLO addressed FLO Jaipur Chapter & said ” FLO Jaipur Chapter is doing a fantastic job of keeping the vision of FLO alive with all its initiative being followed, be it Health, Skilling, Education, , FWCD, Swayam. There is active participation of FLO members, Great Learning events & wonderful networking. “

We are all brave………………….. until we discover ……………..cockroaches have wings.

Some of the takeaway points from this session are as follows:

1. You should expect the worst in a situation, then any outcome is satisfactory. This is not being negative….. its being prepared for the worst. We must anticipate and act.
2. Make your subordianates believe that they are owners too. Then they will perform better.
3. Know everyone in your team and respect and follow your leader.
4. Murphys Law – Expect the unexpected.
5. Team building – collaborate instead of competing. All should be winners instead of selective few.
6. We must learn to celebrate failures to do better in life.
7. Leaders should be selfless, not selfish.
