Against all Odds

Recognising the success stories of people who with their determination and passion become an inspiration for the society,FLO invited Shalini Saraswathi and Akshay Nanavati, to interact with the members, on June 17,2017, for ‘Against all Odds’. Shalini is a quadruple amputee and a blade runner, while Akshay overcame several challenges after going to war with Iraq as a part of US marines, to start Fearvana, where fear can be used to propel oneself out of it. Members were moved to tears on hearing the bravehearts and went home with valuable lessons on gratitude and tips on overcoming challenges
