Art of Dining Workshop

FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) organized the ‘Art of Dining’ workshop conducted by Ms. Sunaiiana A. Hak from Academy of Etiquette Internationale, Delhi. The Fine Dining Etiquette included order of food for 4 course meal, table layout, use of flatware etc. topped off by a hands on session at lunch. The participants engaged in a unique learning experience honing their Western, Indian & Chinese dining skills. They discovered the do’s and taboos at dining.

Sangeeta Jain, chairperson thanked the resource persons Ms. Sunaiiana A.Hak & Ms. Manpreet Kaur for the comprehensive two day program from choosing the right fork to avoiding online humiliation enabling the members to capture the nuances of fine dining culture & business etiquette skills, thereby developing a wholesome total image to create a lasting impression.
